Hi,
I'm the organizer of XHackers .NET Mobile Developer User Group from Bangalore, India. Our meetup is part of .NET Foundation. So far, we used to conduct in-person meetups but considering the current covid-19 situation, we started conducting virtual meetups & events. We would like to use Microsoft Teams for that. Hence, Can I get free access to Microsoft Teams as part of Education/Non-profit tech community?
I tried to register for Office 365 for Education but it doesn't take my email address. We don't have business/work/school email address as we are a .NET foundation tech community. Please assist.
Thanks!

Solution@Durgesh_Khandal Hello, see this page to find out if you're eligible for nonprofit offers https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/nonprofits/contact-us
Just in case you haven't looked at Teams free (no live events or scheduled meetings though) https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/free?rtc=1

Thanks @ChristianBergstrom
The links you've provided are useful. I've raised an enquiry support request to check if tech meetups (like ours) are eligible for non-profit or education.
Microsoft Teams free edition is not useful for our meetup as we need scheduled meeting, recording and live event features.
