Red status after call on iOS app using headset

When answering a call through the teams iOS app my status is automatically set to red (in a call). However when the call ends it does not switch back to green (available) until I open the teams app again.

This happens if the other party hangs up first or when hanging up the call using a Bluetooth headset. In both cases my status remains red until I unlock my phone and open teams - once the app is in the foreground my status changes back to green automatically. It happens after every call.

I am using an iPhone 11 on iOS 13.5.1 and teams 2.0.15. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app.

Please help me solve really frustrating issue!!

@MikeSaywell There is a newer update 2.017 available now. Can you check if the issue continues in the latest release?
