recording Not uploading to OneDrive, Not expired yet & not available for download

Hello Team Community, 

User having E3 license & organization policy for MS Teams meeting recording is set to OneDrive but still recording is not getting uploaded to OneDrive, not available for download as well where as its saying it will expire in XX days.

I’d ask an admin to create a ticket with Microsoft. Do others have the same issue?
