Recording issues: can´t download the recording

Hey everyone,

I need to recorde all my sessions in Microsoft Teams. It worked perfectly well for a week (about 22h). However, the last two meetings were recorded but I can´t download them. I am abel to see them in the channel and the teamchat. I have tried to do it via the stream funktion, tried different devices/browsers and even teams accounts. Is there something else that I could do?

Hello, probably best to open up a support case as it suddenly stopped working. Your IT admin can assist with that. Just a heads-up that the storage location and consequently the permissions for Teams recordings are changing, you can read more about it here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/tmr-meeting-recording-change
