Caller ID Names (CNAM) is currently working with dialing direct to the users' phone numbers but does not work when calls come into Service phone numbers as in Auto Attendant or Call Queue. Is there any chance that the following roadmap would also address this major issue??
I voted for that back on Sept 26, 2019. I just worry that since it's marked as 'Try this instead' the request has slipped off the radar. I wish Alex or one of the admins over on the UserVoice would give us a better update.
