"@thread.tacv2_wiki" file in recent documents of office.com portal after creating new wiki page

After creating a new wiki page in channel in Teams the following file (the second on in the screeshot ending in "@thread.tacv2_wiki") appeared in the recent documents list of the office.com portal:

And this is what it looks like if I open it:

Does anyone have an idea why this file is appearing here?

@JUNFS It's where the wiki is stored, a generally hidden library in the SharePoint site.

 

Leave it alone :)

Thanks. It's not writeable, anyway :) So, "generally" means that it should actually be invisible but isn't for some reason or is it normal that it appears in that list?
