Hi,
we changed the settings for couple of users and set them "Teams-only" mode for their accounts. Currently they miss the feature Skype Meeting in Outlook Calendar. We tried to add the Skype add-in back manually but after Outlook restart the add-in is disappeared.
Do you know how to set the add-in back?
Thank you,
Mirek

The thing here is that once you are in Teams-only you can't schedule a Skype meeting - hence the loss of the plug-in!
You might only join Skype meetings using S4b client or web client

Did you go back to the Teams admin page and take them off of Teams-only mode? I don't think you can override that setting with an add-in at the Outlook level.

There are other modes coming that can levarage skype meetings as well as the collaborative features of teams:

If I understood it right, it is not possible to use this add-in anymore. It is a pitty... Because we would like to help our users and move them to "Teams-only" mode because for internal collaboration it is fine. But time-to-time they need to schedule Skype meeting because external side does not have the Teams app yet.

Hi! They don't really need Teams anyway! Just schedule a teams-meeting and they will be able to join through a browser! No plug-ins necessary! or ask them to schedule the meeting through skype! You will be able to join those

Hi @adam deltinger ,
that's not true. They need Teams because when they need share a video or desktop, it is not possible to do it via browser. And in case when they have company device with GPO without option install anything on device... it is a little bit trouble and you have to make a skype meeting with them... I really like Teams but there are still limitations. I found some add-in to Chrome which should allow you desktop sharing but does not work... Skype has an add-in to the browser and you are able to do it via browser.

@Miroslav Novák Go to the Teams Admin Centre and set the users mode to "Islands" this allows the user to use S4B and Teams to schedule meetings, sign out and back in from Outlook and teams after making the change.
Coexistence is explained in this article https://4sysops.com/archives/understanding-microsoft-teams-coexistence-and-upgrade-modes/
Hope this helps resolve your issue.
