"Sorry, we couldn't connect you"

Hello,

 

I have seen this issue on forums before but couldn't really find any solution yet so I am asking here. One of my colleagues gets the "Sorry, we couldn't connect you" message when she tries to initiate or answer voice or video calls. It happens both on the desktop app and the browser version.

 

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be much appreciated.

@LuizaPlaiu Are you able to do a direct call to another user? I have the same issue but it's only with group meetings for one user, creating or joining a meeting does not work.
