One of our users receives ""Sorry, we couldn't connect you" on his weekly group call only - he can use the call button directly for individual calls - has anyone else seen this behaviour

I am experiencing this issue with one user. Did you ever find a solution?
We are all on the latest version of Microsoft Teams. I even made us three owners of the Team.

Any update on this issues? I cannot join group meetings on Teams using the desktop app but can use all other functions. It will allow me to join via the web app but that does not allow me to share and present items I need to in meeting as a web user.@Laura Bray

I have the same problem. Everything works in Web version, just not the App. App version says version 1.0, however in Control Panel > Programs and Features I see 1.2.00.13765 installed, and the install date is the same date when the problems started. Will post a fix should I find one.

Hi everyone, a user in our company is having the same issue, she is using Mac Catalina and the Microsoft app, the error only appears when she tries to join a meeting, or receive a call, but can create a "call" with no problems. We have tried to reinstall the app but this has not made any difference, also trying to join via the Chrome browser gives this error..

The similar issue I am facing in my google nexus device. After latest update when trying to join meeting getting msg " couldn't complete the call". Tried to reinstall the app multiple times but same issue occurred. All though through android phone it's working fine.
Can any one help me here, its impacting my online classes.
Below is info about device and app version.
Os - 5.1.1
Model - samsung / Nexus 10
App Version -1416/1.0.0.2020080601
