Does anyone know the reason for the "Something went wrong adding students" error appearing in a Team integrated with Blackboard? Integration looks normal from Blackboard side.
There's no error code or guidance online about this that I can find.
Make sure that the integration between Teams and Blackboard is set up correctly on both platforms. Check the documentation provided by Microsoft and Blackboard to ensure that all the necessary steps have been followed and all the required settings have been configured.
