"No camera is connected"

Copper Contributor

Desktop client repeatedly fails to detect my main camera (Logitech Stream) or any other camera for that matter, giving the feedback "No camera is connected". All other applications can see this camera and my other cameras, including the browser-based version of Teams. I have multiple cameras installed, including some virtual cameras, which I suspect may be the problem.

I can force Teams to find the camera by closing it and clearing the cache, but every time it updates itself (sometimes multiple times a day) it again fails to detect the camera, giving the message "No camera is connected". This is a constant headache, and will repeatedly let me down at critical times during the working day.
