"Files" channel tab duplicated for one group member

We have a group member who keeps randomly getting a duplicate "Files" channel in her Teams view. This is only happening this one team member, nobody else has reported this issue or is seeing the duplicate. Any ideas on what may be causing this?

I am also experiencing this duplication in all channels in all Teams.

Yes same here...in all Teams! @Angella_Dagenhart 

Do you see the same problem in the Teams Web Client? By the way, ask the user to completely Log out from Teams and Log in again so cache is removed and we can check if this is a problem related to the Teams cache
I will have the user check the next time it happens. It's a very random thing.
