Audio time: is the total audio time that the user participated in during the specified time period. Q: Is is the time spent on One on One call or Conference call. Does it include call time during Video Time and Screen Sharing time.
Video time and Screen sharing time: is the total video time that the user participated in during the specified time period. Q: Does it also include Audio call or Video with Audio
@Raghav_Rishi my guess would be the actual time each modality was active. So if you have an audio/video call for 1 minute, I would imagine that the report would show 1 minute of audio and 1 minute of video.
Do a test - start an audio call for 1 minute, then add video for another 1 minute, and finally add screen sharing for the final minute. I'd expected:
