We have installed 80 Poly Collaboration Bars X30 & 50 devices in meeting rooms.
It seems that the Bluetooth sensitivity for proximity join has been upscaled a lot. Thus, we have the problem, that employees sitting close to a meeting room get the recommendation to join in meetings with room audio, although they are not in the room.
And since we have several meeting rooms next to each other, the rooms are interferring and we sometimes the wrong room is suggested.
Were there any changes in the bluetooth sensitivity and if so, can the sensitivity be scaled down again?
