I run a Sales Operations / Deal Desk team of ~10 individuals supporting a large worldwide Sales team.
We are starting to migrate (from Zoom, Slack and Skype for Business) into Teams.
I am looking for a functionality within Teams that will allow Sales Reps to chime into a support-like queue channel, get help with a deal then easliy drop out. I know Intercom and Drift are good standalone platforms for this but, how can I acomplish this with Teams?
My thought process was to create a Public 'Deal Desk' Team but then realized it'd quickly become cluttered, with multiple conversations piling.
Any recommendations from the community? Surely, Teams must have something up its sleeve...
