I am looking for some advice on how to manage projects within Teams. I am in the PMO of a large company and we have a ton of projects going on at the same time with different teams for each. So we have started creating a new Team for each project but within the PMO we would like to be able to use the Planner function in our PMO Team to track where our projects are. Is there a way to easily connect a task in one Team to a whole other Team? Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to do "program" management within Teams?

Hi, plans cannot be shared between Teams.  The only option you have would be to assign a non Team member a task in the plan, but this would have the effect of adding them as a member of the Team as shown below.
