Profile circles on a Teams meeting

Hi, hope someone can help.

A teams meeting for 15 people has 15 video screens showing, which is great.

But it also shows me an icon to represent each user profile.

I don't need these 15 blobs on screen, adjacent to the 15 video feeds. How can I switch them off?
