I’m getting complaints that some of our TEAMS meetings are "spotty". Today a high level end-user and several other people had a meeting with the XYZ Audit consultants and it was so bad that they closed the meeting and the vendor then hosted. As soon as they did that, the problems stopped.
Per user
"...the consultants performing the audit were saying that our bandwidth(?) at the City was problematic for them. That is not okay, and I wonder if IT knows that. She made it sound as though they had that same problem previously.[...]The XYZ consultant took us off city TEAMS and then the vendor hosted the TEAMS meeting because everyone was having trouble hearing. Once she did that on their server, the problems were eliminated. Our network or application stand up sometimes is so spotty."

SolutionHi @jhubbard that appears to be true - It's been posted in this community that an insufficient Internet connection will contribute to bad audio quality.
