Purchased new Business Voice license and assigned it to a user. Checked all the apps including calling plan. Purchased user phone number. In Teams Phone Number, edit number and select user to assign. Click Save and nothing happens. The side panel sits there with a spinning icon. I've let it spin for over 24 hours and still no assignment.
I also have a resource account with virtual license that worked.
I've also tried powershell but all cmdlets return a 404 error.
