Wenn ich mich mit meinem Geschäftsaccount (office@spst.li) bei Microsoft Teams (Web-App und Desktop-App) anmelden möchte, wird mir folgende Meldung angezeigt (siehe Bild unten): fehlermeldung teams spst.png

Keiner unserer Angestellter hat Teams bereits für unsere Organisation eingerichtet und der Account ist komplett neu. Hier muss ein Fehler vorliegen. Ich wäre Ihnen sehr dankbar wenn sie unser Teams-Account entweder zurücksetzen (damit wir es neu einrichten können) oder uns einen anderen Lösungsvorschlag darbieten.
