We’ve been using the free package of Microsoft Teams for 2 months and we’ve got 8 teams members across 3 teams/workspaces. Over the last 2 weeks, we’ve attempted to add a couple more people but they always get the same error message: “You don’t have access to Ark Digital Agency. Contact your admin for info”
We’ve attempted to invite people with company and non-company email accounts but it makes no difference. This was for member and guest access. Help will be appreciated
