problem with attachments

Hi, i have a personal account that is also linked to a business account from work and im a guest.

When in the guest account, i cant attach or download files.

When i switch to the personal account, it shows the icon but the chat gets frozen up and i cant do anything

@santyman Strictly Teams doesn't have 'attachments', it will just present links to files stored e.g. in OneDrive/SharePoint. My guess is that as a guest the organization's admins are blocking you downloading files from these locations.
