I have a microsoft 365 personal account but when I open Teams app it appears a window saying "Qualcuno ha già configurato Teams per la tua organizzazione Chiedi all'amministratore il permesso per iniziare a usare Teams o imposta un'altra organizzazione in Teams usando un indirizzo e-mail diverso."

Try to not mix credentials on the same device. If necessary use Teams on the web with InPrivate / Incognito browser sessions.
