Problem when changing organisation

Good morning.

 

I have access to two organisations as a guest in both (A and B for example). When I am in A there is no problem. I can switch to B from the drop down on the top right. The problem occurs when I am in B, I can't switch back to A because there is no dropdown.

I don't know if it has anything to do with it but I have two accounts associated to the same email address. One is the personal one and the other is the professional or educational one.

 

Any idea what is going on?

@blastdoman Hi, can't say really. Same behavior using Teams online? Any difference if you manually sign out and back in again? For the record I'm switching quite often between work account, Teams free org. and personal account, the two latter using the same email address.
