Problem figuring out who is our administrator

Hello

We want to start using Microsoft Teams but when we try to log-in it say that someone already has configured Teams for our organization and we need to ask the administrator to add us. 

We don't recall setting up Microsoft Teams, but apparently we must have somehow. 
How do we figure out who is administrator/what e-mail address?

Hope someone can help us out.
