Private channel membership different on mobile app than thick client

Good morning! I am experiencing an issue with removing a member from a private channel. I believe the user has been successfully removed; however, the user still displays on the mobile app when I tap Manage Members. This is causing trust issues with leadership. 

 

Has anyone else seen this issue? It is being seen on the mobile app for multiple users and can be recreated. Anyo

Each Teams app, the mobile included, uses its own cache in order to improve speed, so what you are seeing might simply be a result of an outdated entry in the cache. That said if you can reliably reproduce this issue, open a support case to have it properly investigated and fixed if needed.
