When sending a file through a chat in Teams, the receiver should see the original creation / modification time after downloading the file.
This makes it easier for the conversation partners to compare which version / state of the file they both have.
(Currently the downloaded file gets the creation AND modification time from the point of download, which is afterwards not meaningful to both the sender and the receiver.)
