Presentation recordings deleted/expiring after six months?

Hi, 

We hosted a series of presentations over the past year, and planned to use them for reference as part of a staff induction process. However, for all meetings more than six months old, we now get the message:

"The live event is not found. Make sure the event exists and is not cancelled."

Is there any reason the recorded videos would expire after six months? Is there anything we can do to retrieve these videos?

Hi, AFAIK you have 180 days before expiration of live event recordings.

@ChristianBergstrom Ahh thanks, that would make sense and fit with what we're seeing. 

That's a shame because we've lost some videos that would have been very useful, but googling for '180 days' rather than 'six months', it seems that you're right.

I think an automated email from Microsoft shortly before the expiry date would be useful, as we're likely not the only ones that have been caught out by this, but never mind.
