I am publishing reports to the public company work-space and then pinning them as a tab in teams,
I have received feedback from two users that they are getting a notice that "this content isn't available" , they can view this report from powerbi.com, they are "pro" users and many other users can view this report pinned in that channel.
I have fixed the problem for one user by removing the tab in the channel and re-pinning it but the second user is still having an issue.
Please HELP!!!

Yes she can view it from the Team.microsoft.com
But not from the Desktop app, i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, logged her out multiple times too

@adam deltinger Everyone is viewing the exact same report published in the same workspace and they all have the same permissions.
I make frequent changes to the report and republish it but it hasn't effected anyone other then the the users mentioned.

I had the same issue earlier.
When I published the PBIX from the desktop application to the designated workspace it fixed the issue for me.
