Possible to permanently bypass webpage that launches Teams Desktop app?

Does anyone know how to permanently skip this screen and go straight to the Microsoft Teams web app?  I prefer the web app for 98% of my use-cases and feel like this I shouldn't have to deal with this page every-single-time I want to launch into the web app from Outlook.

If you are talking about clicking meeting links from Outlook, there isn't a way to my knowledge to do it. But form the Launcher and going into the app itself it doesn't ask this for me it goes right into Teams as expected.

How are you getting the prompt to appear?

@Chris Webb I mainly get them from Outlook - either by joining a meeting or by opening a team channel conversation from the "Missing activities" emails from Teams.
