Porting numbers out of Microsoft platform

Frequent Contributor

Please i need your help on this issue.

I have a user who is currently facing this issue with Port numbers out of Microsoft platform.

They have a multi-line range of phone numbers attached to our Microsoft tenant which they are planning to port to another trunk provider.

However, because of a company split, some of the numbers within this range have been transferred on the Microsoft platform to another tenant, and these need to be left there.

What is the process for splitting up the multi-line range?

Does anyone have any idea?

please i need your help.

I don't know for sure, but there is a good possibility that you can't break up a group. How big is the group?
The user want to port out 2,499 Phone numbers out of Microsoft Platform.

The users want to leave 5 Phones number to remain in Microsoft Platform.

It is a third party Phone numbers that is a sub-contractor of Microsoft called Colt.
