Sometimes organizations don't know how to best use new features. Shared channels are a good example. One idea to get things going is to create a shared channel that's available to everyone in the organization that can be used to ask questions, share ideas, and otherwise connect, like a channel to engage with Human Resources. The question is then how to grant access to the shared channel to everyone in the organization. In this article, we explore using org-wide teams (not possible), Azure AD dynamic groups, and DIY channel membership management with PowerShell.
