Hi all
At my company we have invested in the Poly X30, X50 and G7500 all attached with a TC8 touch panel.
Unfortunately we experience a lot of different issues, first thought to be network related but after having used different networks, it seems to be a general MS issue.
Is anyone else experiencing these issues?
- No picture is being sent from the X30/X50/G7500 to the remote users
- Often when casting from a phone or a computer, the call is not transferred
- If the call is indeed transferred, it sometimes shows up with an "Accept" button on the monitor
