Facing below connection error when i try to connect to jira from Teams...
Please check if is valid Jira unique ID and Jira Server for Microsoft Teams app for your organization is installed.
Tried few steps from my side still no luck.
- Was working few days back.
- Tried “re-connect” option available in the plugin configuration still same error.
Official site suggesting to re-install plugin but it will give us brand-new server ID which is again problem since users will be using old ID this is serious bug with Teams plugin for JIRA..
