I run meetings as the organizer and moderate the meetings. For some reason as of today, I can no longer hear the ping to alert me that someone is in the lobby. The other presenters can hear it, but not me. HELP!

Have you tried checking your volume and rebooting your PC?

@Ed Woodrick Yes I tried that with no luck...I got on with my IT team yesterday and we think we solved the problem. We went into Sound, Advanced Sound and changed the App volume and device preferences to output Default and Input Default and that seemed to work...if not working I can go in there and change to Headphones or Speaker/Headphones until I hear the beeps...
