Phone system Auto-Attendant - default automatic choice?

Steel Contributor

Currently, a client of mine has an Auto-Attendant setup with a series of choices for the caller - "Press 0 for x...Press 1 for y" etc.

If for whatever reason, they do not make a selection, the menu of choices is re-played for them to select from again, and then, if they don't make a selection, they are disconnected.

Is there any way to change that behavior to instead route the person to an Operator, or some other default choice, if they fail to make a selection? This particular business receives a lot of calls from seniors who often are unable to navigate even simple voice prompts, so we tend to lose their calls because of this.
