I created a personal teams app with a SharePoint communication site and a couple of stream videos. I had some problems with the SharePoint and Stream Video access rights. These problems are solved since both is available for all company users. But a couple of users still get the same error message as before.
It's working fine in the browser of the respective users but not on their local teams client. I already tried to delete the teams client cache file (%appdata%/microsoft/teams/*) but it's still not working.
Any other ideas how to solve a teams client cache problem?
