We do not have an office 365 enviroment but yet when a user who is accessing the free teams version gets the following error.

 

SSPR_0011: Your organization hasn't set up a password reset policy.

If you're an administrator, you can get more information from the How to successfully roll out password reset article. If your're not an administrator, you can provide this information when you contact your administrator. 

 

I cannot login with my email address to portal.microsoft.com which would be a business access account. My account was the one that created the team the user is attempting to access.

 

Please assist.
