This started last 1/30/2023 only for us. When we are in a meeting and all the cameras are on, the participant who does not talk is not showing up. We only see the profile picture. As soon as the participant talks in a sentence, it automatically turns on the video. It is not a bandwidth issue because we are wired and in an enterprise setting. Is this something new? My Microsoft Teams Version 1.5.00.33362 (64-bit). It was last updated on 1/31/23. Thank you.
