Participants not showing up on camera BUT camera shows for others

Therese marked her own answer as the best answer, but it's not making any difference. I've now got a 2nd user with the exact same issue. Checking the incoming video is on makes no difference, disabling the GPU acceleration makes no difference.


Version being run (I can't see where to find out what the latest version is): (64-bit), last updated late July. A check for a newer version gives nothing.

Hi, I've seen this issue too and a simple removal and reinstall has solved it. If that doesn't work, try removing all content in these locations as well and try reinstall again.

This did not help me. Still the same problem.
And it works in Google meet and in Zoom! :( !!

Why don't use Teams on the web instead of phone?

This is not supported and taken from another conversation but you can force another version upgrade of the desktop app
This is working for one user with a couple of days confirmation and use. Another user reported it fixed itself, so guessing an update resolved it for him.
