Participants cannot be heard in Breakout Room

Recently, as of March, when I move my participants to their breakout rooms, there is at least 1 or 2 that cannot either hear or be heard. They will not be mute. I have had them attempt to mute and unmute but that doesn't work. I have even had the impacted participant leave the meeting completely and return to see if this will fix the issue. It has not worked. When the participants are in the main meeting, there is no issue. Has anyone experienced this issue?
