Participant Register Issue

I am the Principal / Headteacher in a school.
In a meeting I can:
-click on participants
-click on the 3 dots
-download the register
EASY- works every time.

BUT.... teachers in the same school as me, with Teams accounts from the same system, don’t have the ‘download register’ option when working with their own classes.

Please can someone advise- Thank you

@Davidmorley87 Hi, I have no experience from Teams edu but it sure sounds like the attendance report. The availability can be controlled with Teams policy so I'm only assuming that you and your colleagues are not assigned to the same meeting policy. Check with your IT.
