Does anyone have - (and want to share) a good solution to show all Microsoft Teams you have access to (both private teams you already are a member of and public teams you can join). The best thing would have been if you had an overview of available teams on a SharePoint page/list/Web part, and that there were also clickable links that took you to the team.
