Outlook Calendar Item to Show on Teams Channel Calendar

Hi, 

My Outlook cal and Teams channel calendar are synced. 

 

If I add an event to my personal calendar on Outlook, is there a way to "forward" it to the Teams Calendar I have for my department? I am trying to avoid having to enter the event on Teams first

Hello,
You can add to the event your department M365 group, with that everyone in your department will be able to see the event.
