Outlook 2016 connected to O365 keeps saying Need Password

Hi Everyone,


For couple of users Outlook 2016 connected to O365 keeps saying Need Password. When you click on Need password it changes to "Connected to Exchange". 


Frustrating part is user has to click on Need Password each time.


Please suggest if someone has a fix ?

Enable Modern Authentication in your O365 tenant and disable app password.
