Outbound call failed from Teams to Voip provider

Hi everyone,
Recently we configured Teams Direct Routing based on the manual.
Powershell setting is good and we connect Teams with our Voip provider through Anynode .
Inbound call from Voip provider to Teams works normally but outbound call from Teams to Voip provider didn't.
Checking Teams dashboard, a 504 error is replied when making this outbound call.
Neither call history nor SBC log can be found in Anynode SBC side. It seems that the call didn't even reach SBC.

Anybody has suggestions for troubleshooting, please kindly share with us. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your reply.

After changing network  configuration, our test succeeded.

 

 

I know this was a few years out but what network setting did you change? I am experiencing the same issues with some calls not making it to the SBC @Audreylu92
