Hello,

i tried to setup my business account in microsoft team to start a new organisation.

But right after loging in i got the message, that this organisation already got created and i need to get in contact with the administrator.

But i'm the administrator and i have no idea who ever created it.

Is there any chance to get the e-mail address of the one who created it?

As the organisation is dependent on the e-mail address there is also no option to just create a new one.

I really need help here!

Hi,

It could be that someone tested something else in Office 365 with your domain, like Power BI. So you have two options, either ask around and see if any colleague remembers that they tested/testing something in Microsoft 365 with your domain. Or contact Microsoft Support.
