Option to join Microsoft Teams meeting from MTR few minutes before scheduled start time

Hi team,

I am using Cisco Desk Pro as MTR to join both Microsoft Teams and Webex meetings. Everything works fine. I noticed that Join buttons to join both meetings will become active only when meeting is supposed to start. I understand that this is by design. Is there any option to have Join buttons active few minutes before meeting is supposed to start?

Sorry for confusion. Even if Join buttons are gray, you can still click on them and join the meeting. I thought this was not possible. Everything is fine..
