Option "desktop app" not present in Teams's settings

Hello Support,

Please i need your help on this issue, 

In Microsoft Teams =] settings =] Files=] Files open preference: The option "desktop app" is not present.

Sign in/sign out, restart pc, check for updates, uninstall/reinstall Teams =] issue still present.

In AD Azure, we can see that we have Business Premium licences.

Is that a know bug or is there another reason we can't find this option like we should?

@IBN Is it the same behavior if you click on the three dots to the right of a file name in this way and select "Open" - "More" and "Change Default"?
