Hello
We have a client with the following problem:
The problem occurs with the following procedure.
--> Incoming call to Teams Client (PSTN)
--> Call on hold
--> Resume call and continue talking
--> Transfer call. (Teams Client WIN10)
This way no music is played when transferring. Nothing comes.
Is this "normal" or is it a tenant problem?
